I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, and lift. The staff even helped me find transport on my first stay. It's perfect for a weekend getaway with hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. No regrets!

Ideal location, very quiet and superb food. Parking directly outside hotel and free. Main building is an original old finca but bedrooms were very modern and spotless. Would visit again if in area.

Everything, it was a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. The room was superb, the food was even better and the views were superb. There was not one fault with this hotel and I urge anyone passing to make a booking and go there.
Leaving it.

We had a blast exploring both the chill vibes of Arcos de Quejana and the super fun games room. The lobby was like a hangout spot where we met other cool young people. And let's not forget the cafe, it was the perfect spot to grab some caffeine before starting our adventures. Plus, the children's playground was actually pretty awesome for us too!
The only thing we would've loved is if they had a nightclub on-site. We were all about partying and dancing the night away, so having a place to let loose right at Izalde would have taken our stay to a whole new level of awesome!

A charming country hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel was simply breathtaking. Despite a couple of minor issues, such as a dripping tap and a non-functioning stove, the overall experience was delightful. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the convenience of being close to various attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The area surrounding the apartment was absolutely mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping scenery that took our breath away. The apartment itself was super spacious, comfortable, and felt like coming home. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful in every way possible. We loved being able to easily access various places, thanks to the close proximity to motorways, yet still feeling like we were in the middle of nowhere, tucked away in the hills. The food at dinner was delicious and beautifully presented, and the best part was how surprisingly cheap it was! We also appreciated the lovely quiet location and the reasonable price. Even though they only offer accommodation and lunches during the week now, we were still more than satisfied with our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and though the decor wasn't quite our thing, we understand that it's a popular wedding venue in the area. our experience was top-notch and we can't wait to return.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit and I found it to have excellent facilities for business travelers. The restaurant, rooftop terrace, and business center were all available and in good condition. The hotel is perfectly located and provided a comfortable and convenient stay.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference space.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a rural location for 3 nights with my wife. The staff at Izalde were incredibly helpful and spoke good English. We chose to dine at the hotel's restaurant and were delighted with the daily changing table d'hote menu, which included wine and was excellent value for money. The restaurant was also popular with locals for lunch, which speaks for itself. The hotel is in a great elevated position, providing cooler temperatures than the coast. The historic building added to the overall charm of our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely guest house. the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially the girls who served us in the morning. the location is perfect for enjoying the beautiful mountainous countryside, and it's great for walkers and cyclists. We also enjoyed the convenience of being less than an hour's drive from Bilbao, which made it easy for us to catch our ferry home. the evening meal was outstanding in terms of quality and value. the apartment was huge, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. we highly recommend Izalde Guest House for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Cons: It was all superb! 😊.
